“It had a great mom n pop feel. They were really friendly. But... We came for the lunch buffet, at 11:20, and pizzas weren't ready. Steve offered to get me any pizza I wanted. The supreme was really great. The drinks included with the buffet was a single bottle drink. But Steve remedied the situation by letting me have a water bottle for free. Definitely enjoyed the food and friendly atmosphere.”

She took our orders, came back to make sure we were okay, filled our waters... she was so kind to us even though we weren’t her table. Thanks Katie! I even saw her do this for the table next to us which again, was not her table. (The food and drinks are really good too!)”

“The food is awesome. The service is great. The sitting area is comfortable and well lit. I had the 2 meat dinner with Polish sausage and beef brisket, with two sides of BBQ beans and potato casserole. It was excellent and they keep BBQ sauce warm in the serve yourself area. The food, the service, and the sitting area all get 5 stars, but the restaurant ultimately only gets 4 stars because there is an alarm that goes off every time someone walks in or out of the place. It plays the Big Ben tune, Westminster Quarters. It is constantly going off over and over again. It would not be as noticeable if Dickey's played some music. But they don't so there is nothing and then the Big Ben chimes and the quiet again on and on. It is distracting.”

“I came to eat with my best friend and honestly it was an amazing experience! The manager was super awesome and welcoming to us. She gave us suggestions for the appetizers and main courses all with a big smile and amazing hospitality. The bang bang shrimp was true to it’s name and was an absolute delight. Every element in it complimented each other and it was a perfect 10/10 for me. For my main course I had the Cowboy cheese burger. It to was also amazing. Very juicy, and full of flavor. The time it took for the food to reach our table indicated everything was prepared fresh. The service was fantastic as was the employees there. Will definitely be coming back.”

“The place has two separate menus, Runaway plate and southwest grill. The food was ok, not bad, but not great either. Service was excellent. We got fried pickle spears and they were pretty good. We were told by the server that it was happy hour and appetizers were at a reduced cost. The fried pickles list price was 5$ and I was charged 5$. We both got hamburgers and they were a little dry. My wife loved the coleslaw and the fries were good. The price, at least on the burgers, is NOT CORRECT. Online, as well as the Runaway Plate menu, the hamburgers are listed at $6.99 and add 1$ for fries. When we ordered the server said that fries come with the burger. When I got my bill the hamburgers with fries were $10.99 each, 3$ more each plate than the listed price. Prices online and on menu need to reflect what customers will be charged. I'm 50/50 on whether I will come back.”

“The Texas burger icon, Whataburger. Corporate chain, order at the counter, burger fast food segment. Walk into a standard, spartan, customer flow decor set-up. Friendly service. Had the bacon cheese burger meal, "all the way." A quality beef patty with fresh vegetable ingredients. Reasonably priced. Good portions. Excellent for the segment. Although tempted to compare to other popular burger competitors, it is equally great in it's own way.”

Only chicken (no beef, pork, ham) but it is grilled to perfection (no fried chicken here). Many delicious sides to pair with your meal for an economical meat and 2 veggie meal. OR order from a variety of Mexican entrees including an enormous edible taco bowl. Ever tried Horchata? They have it as one of the drink options. Yum!
