“Great spot for amazing cocktails and really good food ???? Our bartender/mixologist, Sadie, is super knowledgeable and really knows how to whip up some fun and tasty cocktails. We enjoyed the vibe and the decor was really cozy and timeless. We had the pork belly appetizer with goat cheese and it was as tasty as it looked. I also had the baked mac and cheese and it was really yummy. The pricing was very reasonable for what you get. We definitely enjoy this place and would come back when in the area.”

“the food and service were both good. The bartender suggested things for us to get, which we did. Both were solid suggestions. The only thing that made me leave 4 stars was the bartender. She would not leave us alone even after our food came, she would not stop talking. It was crazy, she just kept on and on. Anyway she said she quit and it was her last day, so no worries. Pop in, have a beer, some fish and chips (potato crusted mind you) and call it a day.”

“We ordered The Don pizza and were more than pleased with our meal. The customer service was great as well. In fact, the pizza we ordered came out slightly darker than the manager was happy with, so he personally delivered it and told us to enjoy it (as an appetizer) but that he was bringing us an entirely new pizza. Since it was only 2 slices and they were not too dark for us, we insisted on them not making a new one but the gesture was appreciated. We will be coming back.”

“The Goose's acre is one of my top 5 restaurants. Their batter on their fish or chicken is my favorite (just like what I ate in London). I tend to steal my kids chicken strips. Their fries are also amazing. I love their salads, but always ask for dressing on the side. Their pizzas are good and a great deal on half price days. Also their burgers are good and also have half price days.”

“Excellent place to eat on the waterway! The Chips and salsa are quite good and the service was very good. I had the Del Rio Sampler with taco, enchilada and tamale. The taco was nothing special just a simple hard taco you could get at taco bell. The beans and rice on the plate and Guacamole were quite good. All in all I really enjoyed sitting outside on the waterway and enjoying a good meal. Would come back and recommend to others.”

“a little hard to see from the main road but if you use the GPS it'll bring you right there. In the Woodlands area about 1 hour north of Houston Texas. Good Chinese style food and Vietnamese style food. I like the way they cut up everything small. The service can be a little slow as other reviews have said but it's worth the wait. “I like their subs well. I am very frustrated with their promotions however. I've been there 5 times now, thinking to support a smaller brand with my patronage. Never have I been able to get the benefit of a single coupon; either they expired, I had to text the president, had to jump over 3 obstacles and a ring of fire. Other establishments apply a more flexible approach to coupons, some even honoring the competition's. Also, I ordered the Blimpie Best for 8 bucks. The thin slice of ham was very dissapointing. I'll have to try another place next time and give Blimpies some time to figure out their coupon offers and portion control.”

I cant for the life of me figure out why this was done and having visited while I was very pregnant just wanting a cone or soft chocolate ice cream I was very disappointed. They sat us right away, our waitress was very attentive, answered all of our questions and offered menu suggestions. The food was fantastic! We didn't have to wait long for any of it. Excellent service. I was very happy to see that they do read the "special requests" and took the time to wish my guest a happy birthday and got her a bday dessert. I will definitely come back again.”
