“Cindy and I have always thought that Posados Cafe has the best Tex-Mex food in Nacogdoches and a great bar. We hadn't been there in about 6 weeks - but noticed a big change when we walked in tonight!! The first thing we noticed was the restaurant had been given a top-to-bottom cleaning. Then we realized the staff was very alert and quickly serving customers. Turns out they have a new manager - and he was one of the people serving customers! Our food and drinks were still great - but the service has really improved! We won't be waiting another 6 weeks before we go back!!!”

“Wanted to have a Monday breakfast for Labor day. We head to an old favorite and find out it was closed for the holiday. Decided to look for something around town we hadn't tried before. We ended up choosing Dolli's and we are so glad we did. We were seated and got drinks almost immediately even though the resturant was almost full. The coffee came out in random coffee cups, which was entertaining. I ordered the trucker special with corn beef hash and my beautiful date had the lumberjack with biscuits and gravy. She says it was sausage gravy and it was really good. Our eggs were all cooked perfectly and all the food was delicious. The pancakes were light and fluffy and the corn beef was served flat with both sides browned nicely. We enjoyed the meal so much we decided we would try to make it a monthly trip. Thanks to the staff and especially the cook.”

“The wings were good. Big and tasty, but could have used more sauce. I like that they are smoked and not just thrown in the fryer like most other wing places. Staff was friendly and easy going. This is just a corner inside a convenience store, there is nowhere to sit and eat, or wait. I recommend phoning in an order instead of walking in. On the upside, you can get your beer from the store when you pick up your wings or pizza or whatever you ordered.”

“My friend and I decided to go on a late night taco run, and I was disappointed. I love Jack in the Box but this time my tacos were stale and very greasy and my curly fries were clearly burnt. I would give 2 stars but I decide against it since it was late at night and this may have been a one time thing. Staff was polite, but I'm definitely hoping for better food when I go back.”
