La Familia Mexican Restaurant

Went with the family, had chicken enchiladas, could use a little moisture to the chicken but over all really good food, son and husband had menudo and was good clean menudo, no smells and they really liked it. Service was very friendly and welcoming and stayed on top of your drink refills and environment was clean and comfortable. I recommend this restaurant as a good decent place to eat in Sweetwater without all the alcohol advertising and drinking involved. Will be going back again.

Have had (sit down) breakfast twice now. Had breakfast to-go numerous times. Have had lunch probably 10 times. Haven't had 1 bad experience yet. Buffet is great. Food portion sizes are well worth the prices. Recommend them almost daily.

It was our first time here and to me when I see mexican restaurants in Sweetwater it's all tex mex food. But this place is full blow authentic Mexican food serving nopales, chicharon con chile Rojo o verde,trips, it's a good place to go eat if your wanting real Mexican food and not just tex mex.
