“I'm a recent transplant from the Northeast US to Texas and have come to LOVE Whaddaburger! This particular location needs a little TLC. Bathrooms were a solid 1 star. Yuck! The drink area was littered with straw wrappers and stickiness and two of the employees were leaning on the counter checking their phones while we waited to be served. The food was good and the kitchen area looked clean. Overall okay experience, but not sure this location is up to the standard of other franchises I've visited.”

“We have visited and gotten meals from the Pink Flamingo several times now and the food is delicious. The customer service is superior. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful even in the heat of the lunch rush we didn't have to wait to get our to-go order. Great place and great atmosphere. Highly recommend it. “I never write reviews but feel a need to express how amazing this place is. My husband and I were just driving through and were not expecting much from this small town Mexican restaurant. We ordered two veggie burritos and were blown away by how delicious and flavorful they were. They gave us two different kinds of salsa and tons of chips. I live in NYC and I WISH there were burritos this yummy in my neighborhood. Maybe I should move to Sweetwater. Highly recommend.”

“Many reviewers call this a buffet. IT IS NOT A BUFFET, IT'S FAMILY STYLE! When you enter you will be directed to a table based on the size of your party. The tables are long and seat up to 10 people so you may very well be seated with friends you've never met. The cold salads (cole slaw, pea salad, potato salad) are already on the table. The server will take your drink order and then the food begins to arrive. Their legacy item is fried chicken and it will be accompanied by a beef dish such as meatloaf, brisket, pot roast, etc. You will also have 12-13 sides from which to choose. All food arrives at the table in serving dishes that are passed between diners. The servers will gladly refill any item that runs low. While the corn and green beans are canned, all other sides are prepared fresh. It's like eating at grandma's. Best fried chicken. Ever. 8/29/2021 menu: Fried chicken, Brisket, Potato salad, Cole slaw, Pea salad, Boiled potatoes, Macaroni and cheese, Squash, Boiled okra, Fried okra Green beans, Corn, Turnip greens, Cabbage, Pinto beans, Sweet potatoes, Rolls, Peach cobbler. Some may be put-off having to eat with strangers, but I disagree. Eating family style is an important part of the experience and you are unlikely to to find this opportunity elsewhere.”
