Order at the counter places are the best for the crowded summer beach scene, and the vibe is awesome. Casual yet refined and just a nice place to bring the family. Great harbor view. Not trashy like some of the neighboring restaurants. Peal and eat shrimp were perfect, mahi BLT would be great if the bacon were crispy. Please stop with the limp bacon, no one likes that. (:

Took our friends for their first visit to the island. Great food, great quality and service. Fabian was so helpful and offered a sample of the chowder after I mentioned I might try it. Everyone was very satisfied with their meals and we will definitely return.

In a town where businesses often struggle to find good help, Grumbles is one of just a handful of restaurants that is really well run. We loved everything about our visit in May of 2022. The view of the harbor is great. The place is very clean. The food and service are excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food came out very quickly, and the young bus staff promptly cleaned up tables when guests would finish their meals. The menu items are not exactly cheap, but they are similar to what you find at other good restaurants in Port A.

First of all, the service here is excellent. Everyone was very polite & cheerful. My wife & I felt at home. The atmosphere is superb, we sat outside & even caught some dolphins playing. With all that being said, I believe there is room for improvement. Our fish taco plates were not bad but not good either. Plus the hush puppies appetizer were hard. Thank you from San Antonio.
