“This is a great place to work at. The store has it issue of course but when you use the same equipment day after day things are bound to mess up. But it fun and it’s nice having our regulars and also great getting to meat new people every day. I think we all do a great job and I realize that I’m not alway a ray of sunshine. “Don't let the long lines scare you away! These employees are friendly with amazing customer service ready to get your order completed as quickly and accurate as possible. Got there during lunch time rush and from the time I got in the drive thru lane to the moment I drove off, I was in and out within 10mins. The staff member taking my order was very polite and efficient. Not once did she seem annoyed with my lengthy order (5 different meal combos). When I drove up to pay the team member confirmed my order with a friendly smile before taking my payment. Drove up to take pick up my order and that team member greeted me as well and confirmed my order once again. She then confirmed my drinks before handing them to me and provided me with 1 of my 5 meals. From there she asked me to drive reserved space for the rest of my meals. Within a few minutes another team member walked up to my window and confirmed that I had already recieved one of my 5 meals and then provided me with my remaining meals. The whole time with a pleasant friendly smile and tone of voice. All meals tasted freshly made and as delicious as McDonald's meals can get. If this was all provided during lunch hour rush, it says a lot about the great team they have going and management they have! Definitely will stop by again if I'm in the area.”

“The service here is top notch. I'm in a wheelchair and the workers are always very accommodating. They will make fresh coffee at your request though it is usually just right, anyway. I usually sit and drink coffee every night from about 11:00 p.m. to 3:00 or 4:00 in the morning , with a good friend of mine. I've not seen any problem with cleanliness regardless of the time of day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Whataburger to anyone.”
