“When I went they were pretty slow. My burger was a decent burger. The burger was a good size, and the onion rings were awesome. I would just be happier with a little more seasoning on my fries. “Oh yes! I love McAlister’s. I eat at them any chance I get. This one didn’t disappoint either. Exactly like you’d expect. I liked the layout of the tables. It was nice to have everything divided so we could chat quietly. The food was great of course. We got served fast and it was generally clean even right after lunch rush.”

“The food was pretty good. They should prioritize better though. They made the easier ones at the same time as the longer cooked meals and they all came out at once. We could tell some where under the heat lamp for a while as the sour cream had started melting and the guacamole had turned dark green. The service wasn't great either. We would ask for more salsa or a drink menu and the waitress would come check back on us 10 minutes later and we would have to reminder her.”

“These guys were great. We had a wedding rehearsal dinner there for 41 people. They set us up in our own room, they had 4 servers assigned to us. Drinks, orders, service, refills all very efficient. Orders were correct and served hot. Lots of salad and breadsticks. We had a great time there, the staff did a great job.”

“They give you fair warning about the loud music and the peanut shell covered floor but it still seems too loud in there for me. The menu is great for the bar and grille style restaurant. They have offerings that easily cover most people. I didn't see any vegetarian offering but... it is called "Roadhouse" so if you're thinking this will be a yoga friendly, no foam chai latte, safe space, you are sadly mistaken. The food's quality and preparation is where I have my biggest issues. Twice I've have my steaks undercooked by 1/2. Three times I've had burned fries and overcooked vegetables. On the other hand their rolls are always hot, moist and tasty. All together its an okay place to eat. The prices are reasonable and the food is okay. (Edited for Spelling)”

“Came in for the first time today with my family! There was 4 of us (2 of us were under the age of 3). The two ladies behind the counter were fast, courteous and sweet to answer questions. One lady played with our daughter and offered my husband a "uniform" discount since he met us on his dinner break from shift. At the end of dinner they brought us over a cookie for our kids! Great food, great service! Cant wait to come back. Easy place for families to enjoy a meal! Will take advantage of thier Sunday free food for kids soon! Great addition to parker county. Thank you!”

“One of the best breakfast joints in town. I try to go here at least once a week. The staff is very friendly and the food is above average. I drive past the one by the highway to get there because they have the hot sauce I like and they take my debit card. There is always a seat available for me and the food comes out fast and correct every time. I highly recommend R&K.”

“We stopped for a late lunch after a day in Weatherford. Parking and entry are easily wheelchair handicapped accessible, as is the restroom. The dining room is well decorated with stuffed and mounted animals from the deer family, pheasants and ducks, bobcats, and others. It's a great delight for children!! Paintings and antique tools are also on display. It provides an incredible atmosphere for our meal! The servers are friendly and prompt. Our food arrived quickly and well presented. We have always been satisfied with our food and service. We are returning satisfied customers.”

“This place is fantastic! When we walked up and smelled the meat cooking, we knew we were in for a treat. It was our first time there and they brought us out a sampler of some of their food, chili, potato salad, stew, coleslaw, pickled onions and chicken salad. It was all delicious. We ordered brisket tacos, pulled pork nachos and a chili cheese dog. Both the brisket and pulled pork were fantastic! The meat was very flavorful and not dry. The tortillas for the tacos were very good as well. I tried just a bite of the chili dog and it was very flavorful. There are so many items to try on the menu, that we will be back often. It was hard to pick a favorite, but the pulled pork nachos are amazing. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful, we are excited to have such a great place to eat in town!”
