“Our first visit here. We typically don't eat at places like this, but our options were limited in the center. It's a different spin to a chicken bowl. I had a bowl with jasmine rice , coleslaw, and chicken. I forfeited the pickles. I'm not sure how that goes with this dish. You have options for spiciness. I tried the medium that was enough heat for the dish. I enjoyed my bowl. It was definitely a different spin with the coleslaw. It has enough texture and flavor that it is enjoyable. I would recommend this place and dish. The employees were friendly and helpful. I would recommend a visit to this place.”

“Update: While at the restaurant they must have noticed the series of things that happened. None of us requested this or hinted toward it whatsoever, but the manager came up on her own, at the end of the meal and comped the entire thing. It was a very appreciated professional gesture. I appreciate the courtesy and look forward to coming back. ***************************************************** We were checked in with the hostess. We were sat outside near the bar and we were all ignored for 16 minutes. I can't count how many times, 4-5 different employees walked past us. Making eye contact, obviously seeing our empty table, no silverware, no waters, no drinks, no food for over 16 minutes; might indicate we've not been helped. Nope nothing. No kindness, no smiles, nothing. Every employee walking by looked annoyed and off-putting. Had to get up and check with the hostess why we've been ignored for 16 minutes and she looked annoyed at me that I was disturbing her said "well were you checked in..... I guess there was some miscommunication"...so I just walked away from her. She followed me and we were finally helped. This seems to be the overall experience here time and time again before I decided to leave this review. I tried at least 8x coming here and the experience here is just terrible. The food is already just a mediocre 2 out of 5 and the service here is a 1.5 at it's very best. One time during this visit someone came by to ask if we needed anything, they actually seemed annoyed (such a joke), and I said I needed a refill on my son's drink, then as she tried to run off I was like excuse me I'm sorry I need a drink too and she was more annoyed and before my mother could say she needed a drink, she scurried off and ignored my mom. This place is trash. I'm tired of giving this place a chance. Looks like they'll just be another sub-par restaurant with boring food and horrible service.”

“Locally owned restaurant serving up breakfast and lunch. We went in during lunch and managed to save a little room for dessert (slice of chocolate cake). The green beans were absolutely fantastic (i.e., home-style with bacon and onions). I had: Blue Bonnet Burger with fried potatoes The boy had: Grilled Cheese with green beans Wrap-up: nice diner with warm small-town feel and friendly staff.”

“I have been coming to the Orange Leaf Willow Park Willow Park location every single day for a little over a year. Amazing staff, so welcoming and they always have a smile on their faces! The environment is so family-friendly and upbeat that you cannot help but to be happy while you are in there. The owners, I absolutely love them. I did not know them prior to walking in Orange Leaf for the very first time but it seems they know all their customers on a first name basis... if that doesn’t speak for itself I do not know what does! If I could give this location 10 stars I would! I feel like I probably use the majority of their marshmallow sauce but I love it that much. They just brought in a new item, the açai bowls and they are to die for. If you go in there for anything, give one of those bowls a try. I also occasionally Purchase the specialty handcrafted cakes that they make. Not a slice, and entire cake....not for birthdays, not for events at all. “Yes, there stars is an odd rating. The service I get every time no matter how people are in line is super friendly and pretty prompt. The clerks are really attentive and treat you with a familiar kindness. The kitchen crew definitely keeps a clean kitchen and that can be seen from the counter! Now for the not so good. I rarely get frustrated with food service personally as I've worked in a kitchen myself but... almost every single time I've ordered food here, they mess up the order. I get it these are young adults primarily in the kitchen, and I give them credit they bust their tails off. Everyone has an opinion on how to run someone else's business. This time I guess I'm no different. This kitchen is in dire need of someone to bring accountability and leadership. I believe that the crew is more than capable, it just need a seasoned manager. Almost 10 years in the culinary industry, this is just my personal opinion.”

“So, I like Subway in general. But this location blew me away. The staff is incredibly competent, and fast. They cleared out a line in 10 minutes that would have taken other Subways half an hour. Also, (and I can't express how important this is) THEY GIVE YOU ENOUGH NAPKINS!!! That's my biggest problem with most Subways: you are 5 bites into your sub and have ranch dripping off your fingers, so you reach into your bag and pull out a grand total of 1 or 2 napkins. Very inappropriate and frustrating. This place gives you a much more adequate 5 or 6! Thank you for being the best Subway I've been to!”
