The Chik-Fil-A in the mall was AWESOME. I loved how everyone was great and polite. From the girl at the register. The lady at the lobby’s and the gentlemen who gave me my order. Everyone was nice and seemed happy to be there. Even the manager that greeted me, thinking I was his interview. He even introduced himself and shook my hand. The food was fresh and delicious. This was a good experience and I highly recommend this early crew
1/10/22 we ate at the Chick-fil-a in the mall and from customer service to food it was all great. It was round 4:15ish not busy but a few customers. Shelby took our order and was very personable, funny and accommodating. It was my son’s birthday and he gave him a cookie and wrote happy birthday. Another younger lady behind the counter let me know that since I ordered strips they take a little longer to cook. I order those regularly and expected the extra minutes but it was nice that she gave us the heads up. Another gentleman came and gave our son a chick fila hat since we were celebrating him. Food was hot and correct. You made my son feel special, he talked about it after we left on our way to the movies. Thank you to the team at the Westgate Mall location!!
Visited while at the mall with my family around 8:30pm Dec. 26.
Excellent service! The staff is very personable, friendly, and funny! I ordered my chix sandwich without pickles and got a full-blown shaming from the staff (in good fun 😊). I appreciate that.
Give those folks a raise!
FYI THIS LOCATION IS IN A MALL! If you're roadtripping, like we were, & trying to find it in the dark because this mall apparently doesn't believe in actually lighting their parking lots, and it feels like you're driving through a black hole spiral trying to find a quick meal that is actually food--that's why. It wasn't apparent when google maps suggested it, and it's not convenient from the highway. Supposedly there's one just down the street though. Anyway, once we got here, and finally got through the line (it seemed they were severely understaffed and the people there were working their fingers to the bone, bless), the food was quite good.
