Came to this location of Chuy's on the west side of Amarillo near I-40 and Soucy Road, on a Sunday evening around 6:30pm. Not too crowded and we were seated without any wait. We say on the center dining area, which is decorated colorfully, complète with fake palm trees! Good is great and the prices are also very reasonable. Clayton, our server, was very attentive, courteous and friendly. Lots of free parking outside (shared with adjacent businesses) and plenty of seats and tables inside. Recommended!

We got in at 8:30 and they close at 9:00. They were very friendly and welcoming to us. The food was great! I had the grilled steak burrito my husband had a ground beef burrito with myself the Presley special enchiladas. The service was very good as well and the prices were a bit less than I thought they would be... Especially considering the massive portions. I definitely recommend this place!

Enjoyed the Elvis Memorial Combo Platter. Done perfectly! I have eaten at Chuy's all over the place and this location today was on point with Chips, Sauces and the main dishes. Literally every item was great and the wait staff was friendly as well!

Chuy’s slogan is “Always Fun! Always Fresh!” We had a fun time at the I-40 location in Amarillo, TX. The decor is bright and eclectic. The food was good and fresh. Mission accomplished I would say. My salad was crisp and the waitress got my “no onions or cheese” order correct, which is apparently tough for many servers. The sauces on enchiladas were good, not great. The beans had a good consistency but required the salt shaker. Overall this is a nice place for some Tex-Mex favorites.

We went on Halloween and our server was dressed as the Riddler. He was so inviting and made everyone at the table laugh. It was a little cold in the room we were in by the bar but overall atmosphere was exciting and busting with energy. The seating areas are randomly decorated and the theme throughout is sporadic. (Fun to look at while we wait for food.)

We were a party of 5 and everyone ordered different items. The complimentary chips and salsa were nice. We weren't too much fans of the salsa, (fresh ingredients with lots of onion), so we ordered the queso to have something to snack on before our food came out. The menu is very limited but you can find something to choose. The food is definitely Tex-Mex so don't expect authentic. The tres leches dessert was slap your abuela good. Overall our experience was great and we have returned since at least 2 other times.
