Fantastic flavors at The Brunch Truck!

We were seriously impressed with this very unassuming food trailer tucked behind the bye station in downtown Amarillo. Chatting with the owner, Paul, you can tell he is super passionate about his food and it shows!

I had the Carnivore burrito which had all the breakfast meats along with Yukon gold potatoes that were all cooked to perfection. As a final touch, he cracks an egg over the food so that it coats everything in a smooth texture and elevates the overall flavor! Wish server with red and green salsa which were both excellent

My wife had the Breakfast Street Tacos which she thoroughly enjoyed as well.

Paul's EXCELLENT customer service and the quality of the food shows his love for what he does. We will most definitely be back!

What a total gem!! Super excited to find vegan food while traveling across the country, and even better that it was prepared and served by someone you could tell really feels passionate about what they are sharing! Thanks for a great meal and for a wonderful experience while traveling through Amarillo. If I was local, I’d be here ALL the time!!

Large portions here! What a fantastic little spot in Amarillo! I was a astounded at the size of the FULL vegan menu Paul has! Not a bad option here at all! The only problem you'll have is making a choice because reading every option will make your mouth water (veg/veeg aren't used to having options)!

We had the philly cheese steak, Texas toast breakfast sandwich, mushroom burger, potato salad, and the street corn as a generous bonus (thank you, Paul!) All of it was scrum diddly!

Yes yes yes. Eat at here at Paul’s place. He makes his own Soyrizo and vegan queso and can talk food all day. He’ll stoke your plant-based flames and treat you to a great meal. A passionate inclusive guy making a positive mark on Amarillo. His daughters are vegan and he’s all about being inclusive, creating community between meat and veg folks, and not gouging folks for eating plant based. A full page of a vegan menu, heaven! Park behind the Greyhound Bus station and he’ll bring your food out to your car after you order. We’ll be back! Not pictured: Kitchen Sink burrito, YUM.

The owner is such a kind and genuine person😭 i deeply appreciate that he can make anything on his menu vegan. I finally tried the vegan lobster roll with mac & cheese and it was soooooo good!! Definitely would recommend getting it! The food is absolutely amazing and it’s probably the only place for vegan options on Sunday in Amarillo. I added photos of the lobster roll with mac & cheese, breakfast burrito, breakfast tacos, and the French toast, which are all vegan. Everything on the menu is amazing so you can’t go wrong.
