“WE STOPPED BECAUSE OF ITS INCREDIBLY CONVENIENT LOCATION, AND AFTER EATING THERE FELT LIKE WE HAD FOUND TREASURE. The barbecue was some of the best I have ever had, very flavorful. The service was amazing, friendly, welcoming and prompt. The atmosphere was inviting and exactly what a country barbecue restaurant should be. “The best chicken tenders I’ve ever had. The flaming tender box is my absolute favorite, it has the perfect amount of spice to it and they are super generous with the sides! It came with a side of potato salad, waffle fries (or sweet potato fries, and tots), and Texas toast. I haven’t had one thing at Mike’s that I haven’t liked, and their delicious food keeps me coming back. Check them out, unless you like mediocre food!”

“This place is truly a gem. We stopped here on the way to College Station and were very glad we did!! We both had the enchiladas and they were phenomenal! Also, you must try the buttermilk pie!! We ordered an extra to-go! We loved it so much that we stopped back through and ate it for breakfast the next day. The breakfast burritos are the best I’ve ever had. Everything is home-made and fresh. The service was astounding as well. Bridgett made us feel right at home. If you’re hungry for some home-cooking, this is your stop!!”

“I usually go for the all you can eat fish on Fridays. By the time I get done with work, it is usually near closing time, but they always make fresh if there is not enough out on the buffet. All the food on the buffet is wonderful and I really like the fact that they have dessert too.”
