Barbeques Galore

I love this place. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff that I have interacted with. I have only been there a handful of times, but each time the people working have been incredibly nice and helpful. If they have a recommendation for a product/fuel and they don't have it, they don't try to sell you something else they do have that doesn't fit your need or make sense for you. It is very refreshing to have a place like that to count on.

About to head up there for the 3rd time this week to grab some stuff that I forgot we threw out in our last move. I could easily get some/most of this stuff at Walmart. These guys have earned my business.

They have the best seasonings for every taste bud. A little expensive on their pits but overall good place.

These guys are awesome ,called to see if they had a 22 in Smokey Mountain and they did. Will definitely be coming back!!

So I wandered into this store because I wanted to surprise my husband with a dual valve hook up to his smoker and his grill. I was immediately greeted by the manager named Dale and I showed him pictures of what I was trying to do and I wasn’t sure if it would be possible. Dale was so impressive with the amount of knowledge he knows about grills and smokers and their hook up systems. I had been to other stores who tried to sell me the wrong parts that were not even appropriate for the gas hook up I was trying to do and Dale hooked me up with all the parts and I was able to even go home and install it myself so smoothly. My husband will be so surprised. This store has superior customer service and I highly recommend it for all of your grill needs. I will be back to this jewel in Rockwall.
