“This place is great! I really enjoyed the atmosphere here and the food was great. The only thing that could be improved on was how long it took for the food to come out, but other than that the service was superb! When I arrived there was a little bit of a line, which I was surprised to see for a brunch. I guess this place is really popular! After we were seated, which didn't take too long, we all put our orders in. It did take a little long for the food to come out, longer than I'm used to for brunch. In the end, the wait was worth it! The food was so good and the latte was perfect as well! I can see how this place is so popular! The staff was super friendly and Jane did a great job taking care of us. “We have driven passed this nearly every day for years and finally dropped in. They have a pretty descent, if not standard, selection. Everything tasted and looked pretty fresh (by Texas standards). Overall, we were satisfied and happy with our choices. We had four sashimi: salmon, snapper, white tuna, and yellow fin. The salmon was my personal favorite. We also had a caterpillar roll and spicy tuna roll. Both were standard but tasty. The spicy tuna was definitely spicy which my husband appreciated. Our last item was the salmon tower which was very good. It had salmon, crab, avocado, rice, and some crispy things (not sure what they were) that added a nice crunch. I think we were supposed to put this orange sauce on top but forgot. Everything was enjoyable and we’d come back the next time we want sushi at home.”

“Marble Slab Creamery AND Great American Cookies are under the SAME ROOF. Both businesses are ran by the same staff, though Google Maps lists the two separately. By the way, the Staff was super pleasant, and super helpful. Cookies, all types, and super sweet. Many are decorated in themes. Cakes made to order ahead of time, and some ready-made custom cakes for Your Celebration, in the cooler. And....ICE CREAM by the scoop, in cones or cups. Many many flavors, and your pick of toppings. Also, Ice Cream party cakes, order ahead of time, pick up frozen. The Lobby here has several small tables with chairs. You can relax here while eating your choice of snacks. Nice place, nice staff.”

“This place is pretty good, I'd give it 5 stars if the chicken was a little bit more tender. I had the traditional fried chicken with the mac and cheese. It was honestly really good for what seems somewhat like a fast food place. There's something about fried chicken that just makes everyone feel like they are in a better mood. I think this place rates towards the top end of the spectrum when it comes to the 'fast food' fast fried chicken and is definitely worth giving a visit. The mac and cheese really stood out to me as being very flavorful and tasted like it was home made. So many people are used to the stuff you get that comes out of a huge bag and is microwaved so they will love it from this place.”

“Absolutely outstanding service. Pizza buffet was from 11am to 2pm and had a decent variety of FRESH pizzas, and had a full salad bar with multiple dressings. Upon arrival one pizza was almost gone and the attendant inquired from us what would be a good addition so he may begin baking it specifically for the day. Great service and very professional and everything is moderately priced definitely less than most other Italian restaurants as the menu is made to order. I would recommend to family and friends.”

“went here this morning to pick up a bowl for my girl and a protein smoothie for me. it was okay. when i walked in, no one was behind the counter and i waited a few minutes before someone came to the front. she seemed like she was there for a paycheck. i get it we are all there to get a paycheck but you have to at least act like you are happy to see a customer. the bowl looked good, i didn't have any of it and when i dropped it off for my fiance she said it looked good. the smoothie was pretty good. could use a little stronger flavor, didnt pack as much punch as the ones i make myself. this place has a lot of potential but just needs to work out a few kinks to make it in this town. for now i think i will stick to making my own shakes.”

“Good service and pleasant employees. The parking lot is small and shared with other stores, including Dunkin Donuts. There is indoor seating and the service is fast. I'm happy that they had vegetarian options. My daughter enjoyed the buffalo chicken cheese steak. I had the veggie wrap. “I was leery of this place at first because it wasn’t busy on a Friday night, and there are a ton of misspellings on their menu (like really, a lot of them), but it turned out to be pretty decent. Even though it was quiet in the restaurant, it still took an hour to get appetizers after ordering, and another 30+ mins to get our meals. On the plus side, the steaks were cooked perfectly. They were truly fantastic. Be warned, though, my single crab cake appetizer was $21; my steak and mashed potatoes were $35+. Don’t even ask about the cost of a bottle of wine. It’s a scary number. This is NOT a cheap place to dine. Date night here with my husband cost us $135 plus a tip. All in all, it was a delicious meal; just unexpectedly expensive & a little slower than I would’ve liked. But I’d go back again.”

“I went with my daughter on a Saturday - busy but we were able to sit immediately. Waitress suggested getting the cheese fries with bacon and jalapeño- which were deadly delicious! They will easily feed 4. We each got a burger so we could split and share. The burger flavors were innovative. We tried one with blackberry compote and it was excellent! We also tried the mushroom cheese and onion which was good but not as good as the blackberry one. The burgers don’t come with fries - just the burger. I have included pictures of some of the menu items. They do have a bar and were offering mimosas for $2; along with the normal soft drinks. They have a small game area where kids can play a loop game for free (or adults). There are long tables with stools in the front but there is also an area with regular booths and tables in the back as well as outside dining. Sits right by the water - across from Gloria’s in the harbor.”

“We visited for the first time on a Sunday evening after making reservations for a party of 15 a few days before. The server was friendly and the food was delicious. The fried green tomatoes from the appetizer menu was to die for and I'd return just for that. The restaurant was not super busy which made it comfortable. However, parking is extremely limited since the Harbor has other restaurants and even a hotel next door. Something really needs to be done about the parking situation.”
