“Came in at 6PM on a Sunday. No wait, lots of open tables, but started to get busy pretty quickly. Very interesting menu it was an eclectic mix of meats and cheeses and sweet . I got the brisket and blue slider. Nice combination of brisket, blue cheese and fig jam. Huge beer selection and they had one of my new favorite micro brews. True Vine out of Tyler , TX. My waitress Monica was awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Plus she spent all of her time taking care of the customers. I will be back! Marcus”

“No need to run to Downtown Dallas to Pecan Lodge or even head south to Austin for great BBQ. This place is a great family owned and operated BBQ joint. I have stood in line waiting for "good" BBQ at places and it was good but not Smoke Sessions good! Smoke Sessions is incredible. -Brisket is moist and tender with great smoke flavor. -Pork ribs are HUGE and also moist with a kiss of smoke. -Turkey (I just tried it) is THE BEST smoked turkey I have ever had. -Pulled Pork has a great smoke flavor with an incredible bark. My Favorite -Spicy Garlic and Pepperjack BRISKET Sausage is FANTASTIC!! You just have to try it. I have eaten at a lot of BBQ joints...YOU NEED TO GO HERE!”

“Right off Interstate 30 in Royse City, Texas, a safe & friendly town. This is connected to a really nice Tiger Mart travel store / Exxon gas station. There is a Golden Chick restaurant side-by-side with Fuzzy's if you need options. There is a nice big sitdown dining area for customers, and bathrooms. This is a huge corner lot, easy to enter & exit, with plenty of parking. I had two taco combo plate and it was delicious. Staff is pleasant & helpful. “I'm not sure where the manager was but he/she wasn't there. I can say that they sure needed some help. It was around 7pm to 7:30pm or so and I went in with my daughter for a quick bite. There was a young fella working the front and he was working very hard. He was taking orders, working the front, working the inside, working the drive-through and running out with food orders to folks who were outside in the parking lot. That kid needs a raise and a promotion. However.....amongst all the chaos,... the orders were starting to get behind and folks were waiting 20 minutes in the drive-through. A few came in angry, saying that their food was cold. Their chicken mcnuggets were not hot anymore, there were incomplete orders, and my egg roll was cooked so long that 1/3 of it was burnt black to the core like a charcoal. I showed it to the kid and he was very apologetic and offered a fresh one but I turned it down. It is not any fault of the employees. I find the manager at fault. He/she needs to train the employees to work as a team and use a system. They could have used an additional worker. One of the workers could have assisted more. She kept disappearing and the employees were asking where she was and why she wasn't there. Well.... that was my experience. It just seems like something was missing. But tomorrow is another day. It could be a much better experience.”

“FAN-TAS-TIC. Wednesday night is 2-fer-one steaks. You cook your own on giant grills then choose your own potato on a buffet line. The service was fast and efficient. There was incredible live music (fiddle was amazing) with a large dance floor; perfect for the whole family. Some kids were running across the floor, dancing together and it felt so sweet. Our group had a great time.”
