My friend had told me the burgers were the best she's ever had & I love burgers. I had to try it for myself. Omg...the burgers are absolutely delicious! I love them. The cook & waitress are always very nice & welcoming! I love this restaurant. When I want Italian I get the shrimp alfredo, its delicious! Their alfredo sauce is the best I've ever had! Absolutely a gem to find in ol' San Saba.”

“I'm not sure what's best the wait staff, friendly locals, or the food. The combination is outstanding. They offer wonderful dining experiences. It is cozy enough yet open and lively. My food was prepared to perfection. My guest, who never eats an entire meal, cleaned her entire plate. I cannot say enough. Dining in is far better than take out. I had the surf and turf. My guest had the snapper.”

Pepperbelly's Mexican Food

Address: 517 E Wallace St, San Saba, TX 76877, USA

Restaurant

“I ordered the 6 piece Fried Shrimp plate which comes with your choice of House Salad or Caesar Salad and one side. I chose the Caesar Salad with Blue Cheese Dressing and Fried Okra. After waiting approximately 15 minutes, our waitress finally arrived with our meals. She tells us that she looked for our salads but didn't find any because they had already put everything away in the kitchen and asks if we would like a different side in it's place. If they could offer to cook us a different side in place of the salad, why couldn't they prepare the salad that we were supposed to get with our meal? The shrimp and fried okra were good but our meal was incomplete and still full price and our quality of service was slightly poor.”
