Applebee's Grill + Bar

Food was amazing. Servers were friendly & knew the menu. Took awhile to get our food. But the kind staff & atompsophere made up for it. (it was midday during the week, not busy) we had 4 different people bring us food/drinks. Overall a good trip!

We celebrated a friend’s birthday here and the evening turned sour because of an issue with our server. They had a bad day and took their frustration out on our party. The details of the bad experience aren’t important. What is important is that a member of management was extremely attentive when I asked to speak to her. She’s the bar manager and she was amazing. She kept her composure and made things right. A bad experience was turned into a good evening and we celebrated my friend’s birthday as if nothing had happened.

That’s what a manager does, rectifies issues, and the 5 Stars aren’t for the establishment itself. The 5 stars are for this amazing woman who managed to turn a bad experience into a good one. Thank you and may God bless you.

To the server who had a bad night. I get it and no hard feelings. I just wanted my friend to enjoy her birthday without a passive aggressive server ruining her night. You quit on the spot and came to let us know and ask us about a tip. Before this I was going to tip in hopes it would brighten your day, but you came back and once again put a damper on the mood. Your manager made things right and we moved on with our merriment. Hope you find some peace man, everyone deserves it.

waited 5 minutes to be seated while employees were playing in the kitchen area and saw me and didn’t come greet me or anything. Tatyana ended up being my server and she was great very attentive and friendly. I was going to leave but she made sure to take care of me and my kids. Great job to her! The manager on duty was also apologetic and made sure we were good as well!

Walked in seated myself but no biggie. Server was very nice& welcoming. Have me time to order didn't rush me. Food came in a timely manner. No problems here. I was pleased.

Great atmosphere there had a wonderful time with my husband date night... the waiter was awesome I can't recall what his name was very attentive had a great personality. One thing about the food though is everything was great... except for the chicken it was a little salty.. His hamburger was wonderfully cooked proportion right .
