The Purple Frog - Restaurant & Cantina

The Purple Frog was awesome. Tasty fried shrimp and catfish with a cold beer. Amanda took great care of us. One of our new favorite places to eat and hang out on the patio.

We had nachos, I wasn't impressed at all. Barely any chicken and a whole lot of unmelted cheese. We had the Mac and Cheese which was worth trying at least once if you haven't had baked mac-n-cheese. Our waitress was super cool and chill. I wouldn't say I'd never go back but I would definately not have the nachos again.

I've been going to The Purple Frog Restaurant on and off for a while and have seen it grow quite a bit. Every time I go in I see something new. It is a great environment with great food. I haven't had any reason to stop going back. Food is always great and the staff is always welcoming and friendly! Our favorite food on menu right now is the shrimp macaroni and cheese. Also the bacon wrapped jalapenos are awesome! It's a great place to have dinner with the family or to just have some drinks and watch sports. I recommend checking out their FB page as they are always doing something different from live music, to karaoke, to game night. We love The Purple Frog and we'll be going back soon!
