Genghis Grill

The location is great the food is delicious! I’m glad they have shrimp now because I remember a while back they didn’t. My only complaint is that my chicken was all large chunks and I prefer it in smaller pieces but other than that the service was good and I was in and out for lunch.

I really like this location. It has a nice Upscale Feel to it, yet Cozy. There are plenty of options to choose from when stuffing your bowl, & right now for a limited time only, the bottomless bowls are back. The bottomless bowls are when you can go back as much as you like, but you can not take any leftovers home, & the bowls to fill, get smaller as you continue to go for another round. The waiters/waitresses are very polite and I have no complaints with the Customer Service. I do however wish they kept cleaner bathrooms (its disgusting‼) and I wish they gave you more noodles with your bowl selection. I also notice that there aren't any eggs on the bar selection, but maybe you have to ask for them, which is an inconvenience b/c there is no sign posted to do so. Other than that, I must say this location is worth visiting. No Genghis Grill to me compares to Kublai Khan in Southaven, MS, (5 stars All the way), but this location has a nice touch beyond the cons I mentioned.

Yum-MY! Wow that was some good food! It was slightly confusing to go thru the line and get what I wanted, but thankfully my daughter was with me and she showed me the ropes, as it were. Very, very good food. I think I ate every bite. The servers were friendly and professional. I'll definitely be back!

Food was great as always but Zach was probably the worst server we have ever had. He had no desire to provide any kind of customer service. He was incredibly awkward and should not be in the food service industry. If this had been our first time coming, we would never go back. A family was seated near us that had no idea what to do and he was incapable of explaining the process in a way that made any kind of sense. Women's bathroom was a disaster and the inside of the restaurant looks old and dingy. It is obvious there are lots of young people working in here that do not care at all about their jobs.

Excellent food. The restaurant was spotless. At every moment of my visit here someone was cleaning something. Even the manager did some cleaning.

Never ate here before. My friends invited me here for a family member's birthday. We were a party of 12. I arrived about 10 minutes early, and the manager immediately began setting aside an area to accommodate our party. That in and of itself was impressive...but wait, there is more.

I could write a book about how awesome this place is. The customer service, food, atmosphere, and the cleanliness was all top notch. But one facet that really stood out for me was the attitude of the employees and their manager. Their hearts are clearly set on "Customer First". At every turn they were looking for different ways to make our dining experience enjoyable and memorable.

If I had eight thumbs, I would give them eight thumbs up.
