Crazee Crab

Food is good prices fluctuate however they would have gotten a better rating had the host's been paying attention. They either were not paying attention or they allowed another person to take my food. I have been here for over an hour -waiting. They didnt bother to tell me until I questioned them and didn't bother to offer a drink even a water.

Update - I came back today 4/6/19 and let them know my issues from last time. The staff was friendly and Carol remembered. She quickly got my order to me personally and provided a discount. I’m giving them 5 stars this time around and I really appreciate the friendliness and I will be back.

Loved our expierence here and have been back twice since. Our first waiter ever was Kat and she was the best; kind and resourceful. The food is great. The mac and cheese delicious. Definitely recommend!

Food is good. Nice music. I visited the restaurant again since my original post and food great and music good. The only issue is the last two times I visited the bar area was unclean. Previous customer plates with old food sitting on the counter. Other spots on the counter wasn't clean. They are busy like other restaurants but need to clean better. I take away a star for unclean practices. I been at the bar 30 minutes same old dishes from previous customers on the counter and same soiled food spots

Use to be our fave crab joint but after last night even my kids suggested we find someplace new. It took over an hour to get seated partly because the young hostesses didn't know how to keep the waiting list flowing properly.. Also because it took the staff way too long to clear a table. The booth we finally sat in had been completely empty the entire hour before we sat. It seems like the bigger the place got the more they cut corners and it shows.We had to wait a whole other 20 minutes AFTER we received our food to eat because the crackers were still in the wash because they "don't have enough because people steal them!" The reason I gave them 3 stars is because JORGE knows how to make an awesome crab boil...he alone deserves all 5 stars.

Food is always delicious... The boils are delicious and I love the new lay out. There was a little commotion and someone was arrested but overall the atmosphere there is still pleasant. Love the music selection. My only complaint is that our server could have been more attentive. I went my whole meal without a refill! Overall great place to enjoy good food with friends and family.
