“This location is very organized. They are careful to limit the amount of customers so that we do not break the 6 feet rule. They have sections for ordering in store and for customer pickup. They have somewhere to open the door to eliminate contact points. They give great instructions on where you should go as to minimize confusion and maximize efficiency through the various process of picking up your order. Once you pick up there is another associate to open the exit door for you so that you are not double backing or getting mixed up with those coming in. I loved the experience and I hope the other locations follow this example during this pandemic.”

“Great location! I’ve been to another Lisa’s Chicken and this place is just as good. Prices are good for the amount of food they serve you. My favorite is the fried catfish. They’re huge! The batter is extra crunchy & flavorful, yet the inside is cooked perfectly. I also really like the gizzards that are also very crunchy. Both the catfish & gizzards were cooked fresh to order & were steaming hot even when I got home. Their fried chicken is very juicy & delicious as well. Chicken tenders were okay, may have been sitting out for a bit. Sides (mac n cheese, green beans, rolls, fries) aren’t the best I’ve had, but they’re not bad. And they have plenty of drinks to choose from.”

We've actually been to several of them and I've not been disappointed. the only reason I didn't give it a five is because there were really long lines. “As with all buffet places, cleanliness is important to me. It was only okay to me here ,and think that it could be a little more well kept. Pulling the dingy carpet up will help and hire more bust people to clean the tables, as I don't want my waitperson to bring me a drink,right after they just wiped a table, or was sweeping the floor. Not enough gloves exchanged. Global chain restaurants like Golden Corral makes enough money that they can hire more staff to keep up the restaurant. The bathrooms need to be serviced more regularly also. And why does it only be one line open to pay for your meal, even during crowded hours? And if drinks are unlimited, why does the cashier have to give it to you?”

Pretzels with different flavor options along with some cold drink is just want you'd want if you're tired shopping at Grand prairie mall. The dips offered are amazing and you would love the variety Auntie Anne's has to offer. From sweet to hot and spicy, without the dips pretzels ain't no fun to eat. I'll recommend cream and onion if it's your 1st time trying pretzels.”

“I would give 4* for the burgers combo that I received & the taste of them. Juicy chichen burgers, I'd say. They were yummy!! I cut 1* coz, there were only 2 guys, taking orders & preparing them & I had to wait for 30 minutes to get to the counter. It was thanksgiving day and the food court was pretty busy. I had to wait 20 minutes in queue to give my order. Chicken was out, regular coke was out, so had to go with Combo 2 from the menu, spicy buffalo chicken sandwich. I had no other choice. Take something, or move to another food counter or walk out. But they were really good and tasty. I totally enjoyed it. I don't know why everybody are saying, as pricey and not tasty. Its a mall, & that's the least they could offer. Besides food quality was absolutely fine. What do you expect for 8$ combo? ? Gold between the bread? ? I ordered for one combo, but to my surprise received 2 boxes of the same. Thanks & God bless you.”
