“This location is very organized. They are careful to limit the amount of customers so that we do not break the 6 feet rule. They have sections for ordering in store and for customer pickup. They have somewhere to open the door to eliminate contact points. They give great instructions on where you should go as to minimize confusion and maximize efficiency through the various process of picking up your order. Once you pick up there is another associate to open the exit door for you so that you are not double backing or getting mixed up with those coming in. I loved the experience and I hope the other locations follow this example during this pandemic.”

Pretzels with different flavor options along with some cold drink is just want you'd want if you're tired shopping at Grand prairie mall. The dips offered are amazing and you would love the variety Auntie Anne's has to offer. From sweet to hot and spicy, without the dips pretzels ain't no fun to eat. I'll recommend cream and onion if it's your 1st time trying pretzels.”

“Just left the location. I come here almost every week before work. And I always receive great service. There were some people in front of me and I was still able to get a drink in less than 5 minutes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Their customer service is great. I ordered a green milk tea with grass jelly and the female employee made it perfectly as always. It’s a blessing to have a milk tea location down south in the GP/ARL/MANSFIELD area. “My wife and I would just like to commend "Mr. Dale" for the outstanding service that we received from him while at the McDonald's store #32438. We've been attending this store for a few years now since we moved into this neighborhood a little over four years ago. We can't recall ever receiving the type of service and attention to detail rendered by "Mr. Dale" during our breakfast this morning. Although his badge states that he is "just" a crew member, he definitely needs to be considered for management and/or at least assistant management. His pleasant and cordial demeanor throughout our entire visit really impressed me and my wife as well. So much so, that I felt that had to leave some comments.
