    Ordered short stack & side bacon (2 pieces), breakfast combo (2 eggs scrambled, bacon, hash browns, 1 biscuit, gravy). The pancakes were plate size so be prepared. The biscuit was a full 3 inches tall (thick). The portions were plenty adequate & good. The restaurant appeared clean. This was a grand opening of the refurbished former Black-eye Pea. The staff were pleasant & helpful. Menu showed large potions of chicken fried chicken, chicken fried steak, meatloaf, pork chops. Would recommend.

    This place is awesome, you can’t go wrong with anything you order every plate/meal you order is to die for. Love it 💕The pies & cakes are super super delicious. Excellent employees and very attentive. Definitely go check it out. ❤️

    Portions were huge, and the best biscuits and gravy I have ever had. If I lived in Texas, I’d be visiting this place regularly. Keep up the great work!

    First time here. Biscuits were good. Besides that’s everything was kinda like everything else. Nothing special or stood out. Very big menu mainly because of all the advertisements. No seasoning on the eggs. Nice place to visit but not somewhere I would regularly visit. Service was good, but refills were limited.

    Delicious! So glad to have Dixie House back in our neighborhood.😊 And they serve breakfast all day. It was freakin delicious.
