“Food is generally great! never mess up a order. but the staff inside are so rude. ordered online and ran in to pick up my order, it was already paid for so i literally was just picking the stuff up. The girl at the register told me ''for online pick ups you have to go to the other end of the counter'' when i looked down the counter my stuff was sitting on the top of the table waiting and i was the only person in the store at the time. I explained to her that if i am just picking up already paid for items theirs no reason she couldn't walk down and get my stuff for me no matter what side of the counter i was on. She rolled her eyes at me and brought me my food after and i left. You need to explain to your staff that it should not be a argument for them to WALK my food down to me if i already paid for everything. Very rude and quite honestly its apart of their job for customer service. When i worked in food service i always brought the customers their food no matter where they were in the store if it was already paid for. They did ME a service by having it already paid. Just rude staff, good food though.”

“Update: I recently had to go gluten free and their pizza STILL doesn't disappoint! Love the crust, love the pizza! Worth every penny! Great pizza place! It's my favorite crust and sauce around. They offer a very nice lunch buffet which is always nice and they offer many size pizzas! They have a gluten free crust which is also very good. The atmosphere in the restaurant is laid back and enjoyable, parents be aware they do have the quarter machines inside, but that's honestly one of my many reasons I like the place. We love that it's just right down the street from the house as well. You can usually find coupons on their website, which makes it an even better and yummier deal.”

“I always love trying new burger joints. Chapps has been on my "need to go" list for quite a while. We finally made the drive. Glad we did! My wife ordered a bacon cheeseburger and I got the 1984. The 1984 is easily one of the best burgers I've had in my 43 years of life. The onions were beautifully caramelized. The beef patty has such a great flavor, and is of utmost quality. The fries are homemade and nicely salted. Can't wait to go back!”

The chain gets a plus in my book for using cage-free eggs and different menu options not commonly seen. Some suggestions for the establishment to get to the next level: Have truly fresh-squeezed orange juice and other fruit-based smoothies (think strawberry, banana, etc) , and offer hot chocolate with regular or soy/almond milk. Also utilize cloth napkins.”

“Great place. About a year ago I came in and both the kids working were incredibly high, like, not fit to stand up. They tried to ring up my sandwiches and the girl working the register just couldn't figure it out so the guy working the slicer came over and tried to help. He just stared at the screen real hard for about a minute, laughed and said the sandwiches were on the house. Then he apologized, like it was some great inconvenience that we were getting free sandwiches. 1. That was a nice gesture. 2. High people make amazing subs. Best I'd ever had.
