    In a city like Austin where there is no appreciable Italian food scene to speak of, I am so, so grateful to live so close to Il Cannone. This is fresh Italian food that takes me right back to Italy. Everything is made with care and attention to detail. The owner is incredibly kind and you can tell that this is a small operation run by someone who genuinely loves food and sharing it with others. The produce and pasta are so fresh and the focaccia sandwiches are to die for.

    Very tasty Italian food truck. If you go, get the focaccia. Typical Italian bread with whatever you want inside!
