Wendy's

Same old solid Wendy's flavor but what's exceptional is the staff. Great teamwork and smiles in the process. These ladies work and fast food is redefined at this location. Couldn't have a better experience considering how low these hard working ladies get paid. I bet they could show upper management a thing or two! This is a reflection of the staff themselves, not mgmt!

GIVE ME BACK MY BLUE CHEESE CIABATTA BURGER. gosh dangit wendys you had my favorite burger of all time. And you blew it all away. Just hold off a moment while i dip my fries into my frosty like an honestly grand right centered citizen of ye olde' yonder years. Only the best will do

Went to this Wendy's for lunch, and they were extremely busy. I asked for my meal with coffee instead of a soft drink, as the weather was pretty cold and perfect for it. Coffee had to be made fresh. I waited for my coffee for quite a while. The manager, Samantha, apologize for the wait and offered me free cookie. I really didn't need the cookie, as I understood they were busy and my drink wasn't what people usually order for lunch. Anyhow, her prompt response and her offer to make up for the wait, are examples of what good customer service is. Anyone can make mistakes, especially when they're that busy, but she went above and beyond to make it right.
