    I would like to give a shout out to Chris and staff at Papa John's Pizza at 5343 Burnet Rd-austin 78756. On 2/13/19 I called in and Chris helped me put two deliveries together for Valentine's Day for two different locations and they arrived as scheduled and most importantly, my grands, Zoey,Oliver and Gabby were surprised by the heart shaped pizza they received! Thanks again Papa John's Pizza! Happy Valentine's Day to Chris and staff!

    I've been ordering from this location for more than 2 years and I've never had an incorrect order. My deliveries are always on time if not early! And all the delivery drivers are friendly. My only gripe is with the actual app that doesn't allow more than 35 characters which isn't enough to specify the gate code, floor and building number which would be helpful since my complex is a little confusing to navigate. Regardless. I've never had any issues.
