So the salsa is pretty good. The variety of tacos is really good a well. Though,I feel like for an average of three dollars per taco the size is small. I've been to two locations. S Lamar is tiny and bare bones.but who cares. They get it done. The location faces the sun must of the day and its brutal in summer. The northern location is significantly larger. Both are not places for dates. Just delicious tacos when you want them. The service is minimal. Not bad not good. Just what needs to be done. Which is great. I Just wish the tacos were a little bigger. Because I have to get 6 to 8 tacos at a time easily to fill up. three dollar tacos add up at that size.

Asked a local for a good Tex-Mex place to check out while visiting and this is what they recommended. Fair prices and good tacos. Definitely will come again if back in Austin.

Tasty Tex Mex fare. The outdoor covered and enclosed patio may be a tad bigger than the main dining room. Large and robust menu selections. Full bar with typical Mexican adult beverages. Good taste. A little spicy on some dishes. We had a child with us so they got a toddler chair for us.
