this is a great place to eat. just that there is no understanding about customer service. if you tell people 15 minutes then make sure it's 15 minutes or less. if not compensate them with drinks of dessert. that's all..

Ms. Maggie gave great customer service. When we arrived, there was a 15 min wait (at 9am breakfast) but we only waited 5 mins before being seated. Food was a comfort. ???? well done. (And they were swamped with customers and yet...)

I have to start with it wasn't crowded when I showed up, but we had to wait to be seated for 10 minutes. Then when seated, our table wasn't wiped down. We ordered and it took 45 minutes to get our order. The food needed to be warmed up in the microwave... Now...the waitress was friendly but she never asked if we needed refills and she kept forgetting things. Poor thing. We tipped her anyway.

Consistently good food and great customer service. Their Chicken Fried Steak is surprisingly better than some of the fancier places in Austin. Having a side of pancakes is a plus. Been here a few times now and the waiters/waitresses are always on top of things and have a nice and pleasant attitude. The cooks must be great as well because our food is always perfect.
