All I can say is WOW!!. We had one of the best family dining experience. The filet was spot on. The service was unmatched. Thank you Steiner Steakhouse for a wonderful time. I will be returning.
The views were spectacular. Even on a partly cloudy day, the sunset was beautiful. The hostess got me a window table 30 minutes before my reservation because I arrived early. Nick, my server, took incredible care of me, hooking me up with dessert. The pepper steak was spot on!
I usually don't make a review unless the place was horrid or above and beyond. In this case, the restaurant is probably the best steakhouse I have ever been to.
Talk about paying attention to detail without taking away from quality tasting food. The view is wonderful! The menus are unique ????, our waiter was very informative, friendly, and took care of us without being overbearing. The portions are pretty large compared to other high end restaurants. Their patron margarita is to die for! Their bread rolls are fantastic, and their steak is incredible and the best I have had.
We were celebrating our anniversary and our waiter surprised us with this delicious dessert! If you are celebrating a special occasion, or you want to impress, this is the place!
Excellent meal including the fillet and all of the sides that we had. The service was also excellent and we're already planning a return visit. Out the window you get a nice view of lake Travis. Our server recommended some nice wine which was also really good.
Plenty to like: lovely view, competent pianist, upscale setting. The waiter was very knowledgeable and pleasant. However, the food itself was mediocre based on the pricing and hype. Most of my scallops were gritty. My daughter's steak and sides were under seasoned. Not "bad," certainly, but just underwhelming. The manager apologized for the scallops and recommended a dessert that sounded great: butter cake with cinnamon ice cream. Three of us shared it, because it was a large portion. But the cake portion was very dry and "meh". So, for the special occasion pricing , I would choose another venue in the future.
