Whataburger

Food was hot, fresh and for the most part my family's order was correct with the exception of the fact my husband asked for grilled onions and instead got no onions. When I went to the cashier to tell him about my husband's burger, the cashier asked me for my receipt. He then asked for my husbands burger to put the grilled onions on it. I understand it was a simple mistake, but an apology would have been good customer service. Also, don't know about other fast food restaurant, but where I'm from they would've just gave us the onions in a bowl instead of taking the whole burger. Nothing wrong with how they choose to do things but I did feel the cashier might have thought I was not telling the truth. Other than that everything was fine.

This Whataburger is always fresh, it's always fast. It always tastes good. The staff and managers are always very very courteous. It is a smaller location but they handle rushes and large numbers of customers like a larger location. Great dining experience.

The people there are super nice and friendly! The food is good and I love that they make it to order. Their new Dr. Pepper float is really good, too!
