Great experience! Loved being able to try new exotic food. The presentation was 5 star! The Staff was really friendly. Can’t wait to go back.

Hudson’s Hill Country provides an unbelievable dining experience. During the holiday season the decor absolutely put me in the spirit.  The staff was very knowledgeable, and the chef surprised us with quail eggs, and Chilean Sea Bass as specialty items for the evening.   The rare Sake that was offered to us was very smooth and served at room temperature (high quality).  The menu of wines were freshly stocked from all over the world. I was impressed by the passion of the GM, Chris, and his knowledge of the variety of wines available.  There were multiple dinner parties however I felt completely undisrupted.  Hudson’s Hill Country is the perfect spot for a romantic evening, business party, or family event. In any case, Hudson’s Hill Country provides a delightful and memorable dining experience.  I highly encourage you to go enjoy yourself and bring along some special people to partake in this wonderfully special place.

Food was top notch, service was excellent. Only surprise was the 20% tip added to our tab for just the 2 of us. I would have tipped 20% anyway and maybe it was stated on the menu and I just missed it. Is this now the norm at high end restaurants?

Absolutely the best dinner we've had. Everyone was wonderful and all the dishes were fabulous. The wine pairing is definitely worth it as well. They have amazing prices to fit their brand new upper echelon wine list. I will recommend to anyone looking for a place to enjoy themselves for a night out or to celebrate a special occasion. Kudos to the staff - they made the experience that much better. Very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a beautiful place to enjoy our Engagement/Birthday. #perfect
