The Capital Grille

Was here 3/15/19. My friends and I made reservations for capital grille a week in advance for 9pm on this day. We were in town for TX2K and wanted to eat at a nice restaurant. We got to restaurant at 9pm hungry from our drive from San Antonio to Houston. We're we're promptly seated and given water. Shortly after we got a drink menu and had drinks served. After this everything was slow, it was about 20 min before someone brought bread to the table. It was another 10 minutes before orders were taken. It took 45 min to get our food. So after making reservations for 9pm we didn't get any food until 10:15pm. The service we did get was good and the food was good but not worth the price. Save money and go to pappadeaux down the street.

Discovered this place while walking through Austin not knowing what I was walking into. I split the lobster/crab burger and signature burger for lunch. It was delicious. The lobster/crab meat was almost all meat and just enough filler to keep the patty together and the flavor/texture was perfect. The signature burger and a deep rich beef flavor. As to keep with the deliciousness, finished off the meal with the chocolate cake with Vanilla Ice cream and tart Italian cherries. It was simply sublime. Shout out to our waitress Jackie for making excellent recommendations and keeping us occupied with great conversation.

My boyfriend and I just applied to out dream home and went for a celebratory dinner. Our server Evan was so awesome! Treated us like the most important guests in the house. He was so knowledgable about all of the food and so friendly! Thank times a million Evan!!!!

While looking for a place to have lunch, I stumbled upon Capital Grille and gave it a shot. This place was great! The food was extremely delicious, drinks great, and the staff were friendly the entire time. The prices were more than what I was used to paying for lunch, but well worth it. Will definitely stop by again.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The food is always exceptional and fresh. My Girl and I like to share the large platter after we workout. It's a nice, filling meal that leave you full and guilt free. The customer service that we receive is always above and beyond, the employees are always helpful and patient not to mention they remember what we typically order which makes us feel appreciated and welcome as customers. I highly recommend if you are looking for flavorful, fresh, non-greasy, halal food
