If you are looking for amazing quality food and great staff, you need to go here! We have been multiple times, the food and service are consistently very well done! Oscar at the front is so wonderful. Shout out to Suway our server last night. She was very knowledgable about the menu and so thoughtful in recommendations....and she never missed a mark!

This is one of the top notch restaurants in the city. Incredible food, great drinks. Ambience is urban and the energy buzzes. Be careful! Some of the dishes are large and shareable. We had the carpaccio appetizer - just incredible. I had the veal agnolotti and my wife had the bone marrow risotto. Both were off the charts good...and more than enough to share. The wine list is deep - particularly with Italian varietals, but a little pricey. The service is very professional, anticipating your need, conversational if desired, spot on with knowledge. Valet parking is available - $10.

Me and my better half enjoyed Happy Hour at the bar with Kat and Christian. The staff is very knowledgable about their menu and exudes hospitality.

We had some special requests and never got the feeling we were an inconvenience (thank you, Kat!), and the guests next to us, after tasting their cocktail, decided they would rather enjoy a different drink than they originally ordered. Christian handled it perfectly.

Robert did a great job of checking in with us throughout our dinner and making sure we were enjoying everything.

It was an absolute pleasure, and we will definitely be looking for a reasons to make the trek downtown to visit again.

Also, Jen... your recommendation on dessert was spot on. We had the chocolate cake and it was DIVINE.

Wow! I had been avoiding Red Ash because I heard it was overpriced. But, I found it to be in line with other higher-end restaurants. Indeed, you can spend a lot of money here especially on wine, but you don't have to. We loved everything about our dining experience. The food was just awesome. It is very rich, which I guess is why it tastes so good. The bread alone was so delicious. Our waitress was very experienced and gave us just the right amount of attention and chatting. I definitely recommend this place. I want to try the happy hour soon.

Christian was our server super knowledgeable about menu and pairings. Loved his kind manners and professionalism. He was attentive and met all our needs. I will definitely recommend. Request Christian if he is there you are sure to enjoy the dining experience and have wonderful customer service. The food was good, fresh and the spices were great. Bravo
