Soooooo I just had the best supreme tacos I've ever had from a Tacobell. They seriously looked like the pictures or better. Full to the brim of every ingredient. My favorite Tacobell by far.

I am writing this review to correct misinformation spread by one of your employees.

One of your older female cashiers had an argument with a disheveled man who she presumed was doing something shady in the bathroom. I can't comment on this, but he did look questionable.

What I can comment on is that she called the police on him for recording him, because this misinforms others as to their rights under the law. It's legal to record people in the state of Texas as Texas is a one-party consent state. I presented her a map of two-party consent states which anyone can Google (states where her idea of recording illegality might be true) and she disputed this map because I'm "not a lawyer." (By that same principle, she shouldn't be telling people misinformation about the law.) This was unnecessarily hostile to someone who is essentially doing your employees a favor; they should be able to record questionable customers at their will, and letting them know that helps them stop potential crimes committed on your location.

Recording people is essential for stopping crimes such as robberies and recording helps the exposure of police corruption. Calling the police over legal recordings wastes police resources that can be used to prevent serious crimes. More importantly, telling customers that they can't record others is misleading them about their rights as Texas citizens.

Your employees are otherwise fine, but please correct what your cashier tells customers about the law.

Food was decent wasn't the best. The only reason they're getting any stars at all is because the lady in the Drive-Thru had a super sweet personality. Originally was going to go for a 4 star until as I was driving away I noticed they had family guy playing in the lobby. Granted I can quote nearly every episode I've seen it that much and I am a big fan. Knowing company standards and policies that is not something they need to be having playing in their Lobby.
