    This attraction is totally free to visit. An old historic hotel with a Texas storied past. It's worth getting out from the Austin heat and checking this hotel out, especially if you enjoy architecture as it's a pretty unique building in the downtown Austin area.

    We celebrated our 52nd anniversary at the Driskill Grill and ordered the 5 course meal with wine pairings. The meal was wonderful and was delivered to our table at the correct time allowing us to enjoy each course before the next one was delivered. The wine pairings were excellent choices and went so well with each course. It was a very fine choice for an elegant evening.
