Wingzup

Like others have said food is really good but unfortunately the service sucks. I have seen so many different characters working there. Seems like the management hires ANYBODY. But this is my go to place for wings and burgers. I only eat boneless wings and they know how to make them right. Be prepared for at least 30 minute wait for your food.

My wife and I have eaten here twice now. Both times, the service was great, and the wait time for food was very reasonable. The wings are massive, and the various flavors that they have are just phenomenal. I don't usually raise about a wing joint, but this place is the bee's knees. We will definitely keep coming back, even though it's across town from our home.

Wings aren't my thing, but they were good. A wide variety of sauce choices. Excellent service. Recommended!

The food is fantastic. I'm kind of picky on my wings but these were cooked to perfection and both sauces I had were delicious. The fries were okay, I didn't pay more for waffle fries (who does that?) but they were not bad at all.

The reason for three stars, however, is the staff. We all have bad days and have to live with that in the world but please, keep it hidden from customers. I heard multiple employees bickering with each other, scoffing while going back and forth, and generally seemed unpleasant and very unhappy to be there. This seems like a real culture/morale problem as it was 3 different individuals I observed acting like this.

As good as the food is it is very offputting to observe this behavior from the staff of a business. I will probably come again and give them another shot as the food really was that good but I hope the service is better next time or it will likely be my last visit.
