Delicious seasonal menu, amazing chefs in the kitchen, serious care and consideration goes into every dish and dessert. Service was very friendly and knowledgeable and made great recommendations! Steak was cooked to perfection medium well and very juicy. Thank you Carve for making our special day even more special!
Hands down one of the best places we’ve been too. Came here to celebrate my mother in-laws 72 bday and we were in for a treat. This place was clean, our server was absolutely amazing and food tasted great. Chicken & waffles! ON POINT!! Hog Heaven…OMG!! Everything from the moment we came in to the moment we left was top of the line. We will definitely be coming back here soon! Thanks for a great time.
Excellent place. Every dish was expertly prepared and the steaks we cooked to perfection. I feel compelled to mention that the steaks were hick. They way they should be. This is something that I've found difficult to see even in traditionally good steakhouses. For some reason they serve thin pieces of meat that can't possibly be cooked correctly... And unsurprisingly they are not. The steaks are hand carved, so when you order a bone-in cut, you get the whole rib. In other places the rib is sliced longitudinally wherever the saw came through the frozen piece of meat. This is a place for people that appreciate good steaks.
My wife and I came to celebrate our 18-yr dating anniversary, and as fans of Perry’s, we were excited to try their new restaurant Carve. We originally booked a table on the patio (they have two patio spaces) on a busy Friday night, but when we saw how small the patio space was, the hostess offered us a perfectly fine high top in the bar area. Throughout the night, we had 3 servers wait on us, all of them were wonderfully pleasant people and responsive to requests. We both ordered the smoky wild fashion which was fun to watch them do the smoke table side. My wife and I decided to start with an order of the filet tenderloin toast which had thinly sliced beef tenderloin on what seemed like toasted baguette slices spread with bacon jam with a drizzle of horseradish cream (definitely recommended). We also shared the chicken fried bone-in pork chop cowboy style (with sage sausage white gravy), whipped potatoes (get all the fixings), mac & cheese, and sweet jalapeño corn brûlée knowing that we wanted to bring home leftovers. The house even threw in a free dessert to celebrate our anniversary. All of it was fantastic. The chicken fried pork chop was something I’ve seen on other menus before, so I wanted to try it because I can make pretty solid steaks at home. It’s a good entree, but I probably wouldn’t order it again because it’s heavy and try something else instead. We took 1/3rd of it home. Next time I’m targeting their Thursday prime rib deal to share with my wife. That looks pretty awesome and something I don’t do at my home. We also only ate 1/3rd of each side plate and took the rest home. I’m putting the spend per person to $30-50 not including drinks but also because my wife and I shared all the dishes.
Go hungry!! Honestly, we went with everything the staff suggested and weren't disappointed. I think they went above and beyond on service. Carolyn, Noah, and Andrew were great! Honestly, if they're working, you won't be let down. Reservations not required, but suggested. We went at 3pm and it was pretty empty. But by the time we left, it was hopping.
They have brunch on the weekend that ends at 3pm and happy hour begins at 3pm.
