I happened to be in Austin and I needed real authentic African cuisine. I am very picky person and I know how to cook very well. After reading her reviews on google I decided to give a try and trust me it was exactly what I was looking for. I ordered egusi soup and fried fish. If you are in Austin area and you want real African cuisine try Gladwin Kitchen. Don’t forget she will always give you extra.

Amazing home cooked food, the Jolloff rice is fresh and I love the spice levels. Strong tomato taste with a lingering beautiful peppery taste, long grained rice.

The hen is fresh, the white meat is tender with authentic west Africa taste.

The salad is expected, it has a clean and crispy from the snap of the peas.

What you see on this website and what you requested is exactly what you will get. This is not a joke. This Madame can cook!

The quality of her food is top notched and don’t get me started about the quantity - I got more than I bargained for in both quality and quantity.

Beyond all these, she is very professional and courteous to her clients - I wish she sets up a restaurant.
