    This is what Austin has needed. This is an absolutely amazing lobster roll at a very goodthe bun was nice and fluffy the inside had been toasted so had a nice crunch to it. the sauce had a perfect smooth flavor and was buttery and of course the lobster is self tasted absolutely fantastic.

    Wow, lobster roll on a hamburger bun! Bun was light, warm and crispy. Lobster meat was abundant, cool and tasty. Well above expectations.

    The Lobster????Sandwich was DELICIOUS and the Lobster????Grilled Cheese was DEVINE, it was nice and buttery. The portions where very, very pleasing and the next time I'm in Austin, Texas the Happy Lobster????Truck will be my first and last stop. I hope???? they get a truck in the Dallas area because I will be first in line.
