LOVE this food truck! So nice to have a great seafood food truck in the area. I love the po boy’s and blackened fish sandwich. Can’t wait to try everything on their menu. Their weekly specials are always super creative, make sure to ask about them when you go!!

My favorite new must have Austin food! The food is absolutely delectable. The fried shrimp, french fries and tomatoes are adequately covered in a light and flavorful breading. Everything on the menu I tried was delicious, but the fried green tomatoes are the best I have ever had! I was visiting Austin from Alaska a few weeks ago and found this little treasure outside Circle Brewery, which pairs perfectly with Huckleberry's menu. When I was back in Austin last weekend it was the only food I had to have, the switch to carry out only didn't deter me at all. The owners and staff are top-notch and extremely friendly and accommodating.

Holy fried green tomatoes!!! Everything Chef Davis puts out of the Huckleberry Truck is delicious, but i just can't get enough of those fried green tomatoes and fried shrimp! They keep it fresh with weekly seasonal specials that I'm dying to try, but get there early, the specials sell out!

They are posted up at Circle Brewing, it's a perfect place to grab a beer and some good eats! They really do it right! YUMMM!

I have tried the fish and oyster platter, fried green tomatoes, and the caviar french fries. I think the fried oysters and fried green tomatoes are my favorite ?, but everything was delicious. Definitely worth stopping by and checking out. They give generous portions and it all pairs perfectly with Circle Brewskis. So glad they are there! Sustainably-sourced local food always wins in my book.

Best fried green tomatoes I've ever had! I'm not big into seafood, but my husband had me try one of his fried shrimp and I stole 2 more from him, its that good. Hubbs said his fish sandwich was "damn good" and the salad was delicious. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back!
