Edwardo was great, employees are fine. I get they want to create a fancy atmosphere, but I feel the menus are a bit hard to read and does everything need to be in Italian? I'm fine with them not knowing my name, or not hand-cut their bread, not when I'm trying to make a flight. If this was a dine-in place, it would be understandable, but it's hard to recreate an atmosphere of poshness and upstanding when it's literally surrounded by gates and people in a rush to get to places on time. I get the Italian menus makes it look upper class, but when I'm trying to make a flight, it just becomes annoying. The food is fantastic, easier to read menus and maybe less what could be perceived as pretention would probably make this a great place to get food. The employees are fine, they seem to be doing exactly what they want them to do, some of them are very courteous and helpful.

This little spot is adorable! I love their prosciutto and melon dishes. Just make sure the meat looks fresh (not gray). The one I got today was beautiful and delish!

I don't know why this place has such bad reviews on Google. It is a decent place where you get your morning coffee and sandwiches or other bakery items though the selection is limited. They have a wine bar and nice seating area reserved for their customers. The counter is clean and well maintained. The staff is well behaved. The sandwiches esp the Porchetta is amazing! Give it a try. Even the egg and cheese was good. Loved the latte - well balanced and good. This place serves the terminal 29 through 32. Nice place where you can relax, work and grab a quick bite. Remember, it is a little pricy.
