    Randomly found this place while checking out an airstream to purchase. It's a food truck next to a gas station. But they had plenty of outdoor seating. Friendly, quick service. Small menu. But with good variety. We had the brisket (with burnt ends) and ribs. For the sides we tried the siracha Cole slaw. They were out of the corn. The brisket moist, flavorful. Mmm fingerlicking good burnt ends. The ribs were fall off the bone tender meat as well. Cole slaw vinegar based, which I prefer. Prices for the meat a little higher than what I would pay for a food truck, but was worth it. Will come back whenever in the area.

    Brisket that doesn't require a knife or sauce is my kind of brisket, and this is my kind of brisket. Mac & cheese is great too, as well as the key lime pie.
