    I love all things from kitchen united mix. This ramen place is delicious, not sure if it's a tatsuya ghost kitchen or what, but it definitely gives them a run for their money. Always delivered hot and the broth is amazing. Keep it up!

    I ordered Ramen512 take out for the first time and it was amazing! The tonkotsu broth was so creamy and flavorful the pork melts in your mouth! I wish I ordered an extra side of noodles.

    This place has some of the best ramen I've had so far. It definitely ranks at or above any other ramen place I've been to in Austin. The broth is really full bodied and flavorful, and I think the chashu was really well done even when delivered.

    I highly recommend this place!! Ramen 512 is my favorite ramen restaurant of all time and I love how authentic the ramen is here! The owners are very sweet and every time I am very impressed with this place!

    Broth: very flavorful or should I say Umami bomb!
    Noodles: al dente. Or you can customize how you like your noodles at home
    Craving ramen? I would highly recommend Ramen512.
