    Best waffles ever!!! We were so excited to finally find a gluten free waffle truck in Austin. Our goal is to try every waffle and then repeat! Counting the days until Enchanted Waffle is back in action. These are the jalapeño cheese cornbread and johnny appleseed waffles 🤤

    One of the best waffles I've ever had! This place is a must if you love waffles, even if you're not vegan or vegetarian. The owner really cares about sourcing his ingredients from quality farms and it shows with every bite. I'll definitely be back!

    This was a very pleasant Saturday morning surprise! We were looking for a vegan option, and stumbled upon the tastiest breakfast food truck EVER! The waffles are delicious, crisp on the outside soft on the inside, and the topping combinations are offered in a large variety

    Pizza waffle was absolutely phenomenal, along with the friendliness and helpfulness from Miguel! Could not decide and was thoroughly helped to make ultimately the best decision! Would definitely recommend to anyone who likes great food + friendly service 🙏🏽 haribol

    Hands down, best vegan waffles I’ve ever had!! I will never waste money on any other waffles again!! Light, fluffy and great selection of toppings. Now my new favorite go to.
