THE GIT OUT BAR AND KITCHEN

This place is a legit clean, scratch, new neighborhood restaurant with a sports barish vibe but not really. If you want scratch food, craft cocktails and beer this is your place. I am very hard pressed to find a decent burger in Austin but this place’s burger is ?. They have a small menu that is not your typical American sports bar. We like Brussels, wings, empinadas, ?, and salads. I would recommend for a low cost high quality low key lunch/dinner

The environment was very nice and super clean. I order a potpie and it was something else I do wish it was just a bit bigger but the presentation alone was great. Will definitely go back and they are pet friendly as well. Price's are decent felt like it was little expensive but not to much.

I came here for a quick stop to eat something fast but man...I need to come back and take my time and try different things on the menu. Food had a lot of flavor which sometimes is so hard with the simplest dishes. The empanadas are to die for and the ranch...oh my. The bar has a VERY cool vibe, and awesome decorative selections. Definitely a place to chill, eat, talk, and enjoy time. Everything looked very clean and the service was great too.

We had been watching this property for a few months in anticipation of getting a good neighborhood bar and grill within walking distanced of our house. We finally made it last week and were very happy with it. The ambiance is casual, but very polished and stylish with several options for seating at the bar, a large communal table, tables in private areas, and a groovy patio. There are plenty of TV so a good sports bar vibe if you're into it.

The menu was solid and easy on the wallet. We each had an order of chicken wings and then split a big bacon blue cheese burger with tots. Those tots are tip top with the perfect level of fryer crunch. Wings had the same touch.

Our bartender, Courtney, was easy going and attentive and served us two beers and 2 glasses of house wine. The final bill was $53, which isn't bad with 2 drinks each. We'll definitely be back.

Great new spot in south Austin. I had the brisket tacos and a margarita on tap and both were really good. Looking forward to trying other things on the menu. Owner were really nice and all the bartenders were friendly.
