Poor implementation of an alternate menu.
Got a promo email saying Thursdays get 2 free thighs with order.
The only way to order is through DoorDash and it shows no Thursday special. Call the store (Wingstop). "Yes, that's us. No we can't take an order you have to order through DoorDash. You get two free thighs after you've ordered a minimum of $15. Nothing on their menu for that? Oh it'll show up as an option at checkout." Of course there are no single meals that exceed $15 so you'd buy for two just to get two lousy thighs.
Mind you none of this is in the email and it seems both hokey and needlessly time consuming to place an order for something they're trying to make a go of.
I rate this as a FAIL.
