The food was so good and so was the service. Mac and cheese was really creamy and had a nice spice to it. Ribs were just right. Potato salad was refreshing. We will be back!
So good! Ribs and brisket were moist and delicious. The sides are simply decadent. Mac and cheese and potato salad are creamy and full of flavor. Will definitely be back
Excellent BBQ and very friendly service at this hyper-local trailer in the heart of NW Hills. My family and I sampled all the meats and sides they had to offer and nothing disappointed. Go see Jay - he’s the man!
OH MY GOODNESS....WOW... Every single bite registers as some of the BEST BBQ I have ever had. You MUST TRY THIS. I am not addicted and about to go back right now. Say hi to Jay, the super cool owner.
With all the high profile BBQ spots in Austin today, it's awesome to have a neighborhood spot w/ no lines (at least while it's still new to the scene!) and great food. Had a sliced brisket sandwich on jalepeno bread, couple of ribs and smoked mac-n-cheese. Great flavor on the brisket and the bread was thick and tasty - none of that floppy white bread nonsense. The ribs were tasty and meaty, which was appreciated as sometimes you're just paying for bones and a nibble. Smoked mac-n-cheese exceeded expectations and was the perfect thickness/consistency of cheesy deliciousness. This spot is going into my regular lunch rotation for sure.
