Casper Fermentables - Bagels, Kombucha, Sourdough

Absolutely delicious. We have been here three times now and have been absolutely blown away every time. Had the smoked whitefish special on a bagel today, really hoping it sticks around as a main menu item! Absolutely mind-blowing flavor and freshness. My partner and I can’t shut up about it. Tried a focaccia sandwich a few weeks back and I can’t stop thinking about it. The bread was incredibly pillowy with a crisp bite—the only way I want my bread! Not to mention the fresh greens (we were in line in front of the farmer herself, waiting to make a delivery)! We will definitely be regulars here for years to come. Amazing job, all!

Casper has the best bagels in Austin. No question. After you enjoy a bagel topped with cream cheese and lox (or whatever you prefer), grab a few rugelach to take home. Super fun staff, and a cool open layout that lets you see the bakers in action!

Probably the best bagels in Austin. The bagel and lox is definitely top tier! Great environment, nice + cheery staff. Pro tip- Make sure to grab a couple cinnamon rugelach pastries on your way out.

My fave new sando place! Everything is wonderful, and we love local business! I just had their turkey lunch sandwich, and every bite was exactly what I needed. Their miso brownie and other desserts are also all on point. Try it all, you can’t go wrong.

A new local favorite! This place is incredible. Seriously the best sourdough bread I’ve EVER had. Amazing sandwiches with fresh and local ingredients. I’m STILL thinking about the focaccia avocado toast. So so good. Will be a regular for sure!
